It all started in 2014 with a dream: to bring the authentic taste of the Eastern Black Sea to Reading. Inspired by the rich culinary heritage of Rize, Turkey, our founder set out to create a restaurant that would transport diners to the heart of this vibrant region.

In those early days, Laz Tadim was a small but passionate team, focused on crafting delicious kebabs, pide, and other Turkish specialties using fresh, high-quality ingredients. Word quickly spread about our flavorful food and warm hospitality, and Laz Tadim soon became a local favorite.
